| Texte | Abstract: On the legal- and educational politics levels, a decisive prerequisite for inclusive education has been initiated by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which has been ratified by many countries. When schools are approaching the overarching goal of providing optimal support for all learners, evidence-based research is needed to support teachers, school principals, school administrators, school inspectors, external consultants, pupils, parents and education policymakers. Within their specific view of school, they provide education in a reasonably targeted way. In the frame of a multifaceted scientific exchange, international experts aimed to bridge the evidence gap by providing and sharing insight into their work within inclusion. The intense exchange of knowledge and discussion on different theories and empirical data led to improved knowledge of participants as well as to a shared view on evidence-based development of inclusive schools in different national contexts. This research review discusses about evidence-based development of inclusive schools at different levels of actors; in addition, perspectives and initiatives for further research will be given. |
